The Collaboration
At Prachyam we produced two promotional films for the historian and author Vikram Sampath, in support of his two-volume biography of Veer Savarkar.
How We Made Them
Savarkar is a contested figure, and the films carry the factual record alongside the ideological questions around him rather than reducing either to a slogan. Sampath's biography runs to two volumes of research, and the promos were built to sit against that rather than to work as a trailer.
